Instructions

  1. Carefully peel the fresh turmeric and ginger roots. A spoon can be useful for scraping the skin off ginger, and a vegetable peeler works well for turmeric. Be aware that turmeric will stain, so you may want to wear gloves.
  2. Place the peeled and roughly chopped turmeric and ginger into a high-speed blender or food processor.
